Every Brand In Hand Co.™ case starts with your story. After you place your order, you’ll receive a Creative Brief that helps us understand exactly what you want before we begin designing.

Your Case
Your phone model, case style, and whether you’re ordering a Custom Case or ConnectCase™.
Your Style
Your favorite colors, the overall look and feel you want, styles you love, and anything you definitely want us to avoid.
Your Story
The photos, people, pets, memories, hobbies, places, business details, or meaningful elements you’d like incorporated into your design.
Your Design Preferences
Whether you prefer something simple, bold, feminine, outdoorsy, professional, playful, elegant, rustic, modern, or completely unique to you.
For ConnectCase™ Orders
We’ll also ask where you want your integrated ConnectPoint™ QR code to lead, such as your website, booking page, social media, listings, estimate form, or another destination.
Then We Create
Once you submit your Creative Brief, we’ll create custom design concepts based on everything you shared.
You Stay in Control
You’ll review your design, request changes if needed, and approve the final version before your case is ever produced.
Nothing is printed until you approve your final design.
