Shipping Policy

All Brand In Hand™ cases are custom-made to order. Production begins after your Creative Brief has been submitted and your final design has been approved.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for design, approval, production, and processing before your order ships. Complex designs or delayed customer responses may extend this timeline.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and weight.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Brand In Hand™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or delayed because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.
