Because every Brand In Hand™ case is custom-designed and created specifically for the individual customer, all sales are final immediately after purchase.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or dissatisfaction with a design direction once an order has been placed.
Each custom order includes:
- 3 custom design concepts
- Your choice of one final design
- 1 complimentary revision
- Production of your approved custom phone case
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted information, photos, wording, links, phone model details, and design approvals.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by Brand In Hand™, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion.
Minor differences in color, placement, or appearance may occur between digital mockups and the finished sublimated product and are not considered defects.
Additional revisions beyond the included complimentary revision are $10 each. Major changes that require an entirely new design direction may require an additional design fee.
